Providing Professional, Practical, Effective Help:
Individuals & Couples ~ In Person & ONLINE
Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley, Coquitlam & surrounding areas.
Due to the returning Covid restrictions – I am moving back to primarily online video counselling sessions. I can provide sessions via; Facetime, Zoom, Skype or Messenger, as well as phone calls. I do have a limited number of in-office sessions available. Please contact me if you wish to discuss the possibility of in-person sessions.
How I work:
In our work together, I look at the whole situation of your life or relationship. All parts of our lives play into where we are today, so I use a “whole person” approach to my Individual Counselling and Marriage / Couples Counselling. I combine traditional counselling, life and relationship skills, Life Coaching tools and techniques, in a unique and personal environment. We work together to achieve positive, significant and permanent changes in your life and relationships.
A Unique Counselling Style
One of the many ways that makes my work effective and life changing is that I do not always work in the typical “hour long” format. Regular length sessions are available as well as extended length “intensive sessions” that allow for more focused work and quicker results.
I also provide Life Coaching services to help you make the changes you need to all aspects of your life, with a practical and results oriented method.

More than just one Counselling Session a Week
I encourage my Individual & Marriage Counselling clients to touch base with me between sessions so the focus and forward momentum of our work is not lost. We will use a combination of homework, journaling, check in sheets, emails etc to ensure you continue to focus on your goals between sessions. For clients that choose life coaching , we work together in a variety of ways to ensure your success and to help you achieve the goals and changes you desire.
