How I work:

I work in a very personal and non-clinical way. The therapeutic counselling relationship with my clients is at the core of all the work I do. I use humour, compassion and sharing life experiences, coupled with challenging and “calling it like it is”. You won't get "so how does that make you feel" session after session. Understanding, compassion, empathy and proactive change is my goal for clients.

We Focus on what needs to change, specifically how to do that and then give you the awareness and the tools to carry out those changes moving forward in life.
